Shipping policy

SHIPPING COSTS:

Shipments in Italy are made by GLS courier free of charge with a cost of more than € 50, while they have a cost of € 5 for lower costs.

Shipments to Europe are made by UPS courier.

REALIZATION TIMES:

- Fast shipping takes from 1 to 3 months to be delivered, except for delays due to external causes.

All our products are shipped by express courier.

SHIPPING TIMES ARE THE FOLLOWING:

Delivery in Italy: expected within 24/48 working hours from shipment.

Delivery in Europe: expected in 4-5 days from shipment.

As required by international trade regulations, all Noisi Lab® shipments are shipped from Italy with an official invoice stating the exact value in Euros of the items shipped.

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all the details about your purchase, including an order number similar to this one (# 0000) which may be useful for requesting information regarding the status of your order.

We will be happy to update you with information relating to monitoring and the tracking code via an email that we will send to the email address you left when placing your order.

Although we always deliver within the indicated times, we are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or the approval of the unsuccessful payment.
